Mrs. Beasley and Coco ventured out into the yard today to enjoy the 40 degree temperatures and a little chicken feed. Aunt Bea spent some time on the porch; Mrs. Wiggins poked her head out the door, and Lucy and Ethel were nowhere to be found.
I gave them a treat today of mealworms; that got them excited. Next time, I’ll put the worms in the yard and see if that’ll draw them out.
What I want to know: when are we getting some eggs, girls?
