Since he came home with me last summer, Murphy has been such a big help in the office. He rearranges my files, warms the printer, and keeps watch over the birds outside my window. He’s a bit of a supply hog, though, because he hoards all of the pens, pencils and sharpies, and stashes them all around the house.
Today, he helped me with some notes I’d written for a book I’m working on with Jaime Jamgochian and for a column I’m writing. I left the notepad on the dining room table and came back to find a huge hole chewed through the pages. He was quite proud of himself.
